Greenaway, Frederick James Redvers


Cadet Frederick James Redvers Greenaway
was born at Southwell Road, Bangor on 21st December 1899 to Frederick William Greenaway, Draper and Clara Elizabeth Greenaway nee Reid. 
In 1901 Frederick (1) lived in house 23, Southwell Street, Bangor with his parents and sister, Joyce Annie (2). Isabella Scott (12) was also boarding. Visitors that day were William, Eveline, Annie and Emily Dane.
In 1911 Frederick was living in house 34, Bawnmore Road, Belfast with his parents and sister, Joyce A.
On Ulster Day, 28th September 1912, a Clara Greenaway signed the Women's Declaration at the Good Templar Hall and gave her address as 12 Bayview Terrace, Bangor, Co. Down.
Frederick would have joined the Belfast Banking Company around 1917 and is recorded as working in Central branch. The Bankers Indemnity records an address at Florentine, South Parade, Belfast.

He volunteered and enlisted as an Officer Cadet with the Officer Training Corps (OTC). 
Frederick Greenaway died on 7th November 1960 with his estate going to his widow Eileen Delitia Greenaway. Redvers is detailed on his birth registration.
